The Webb County Heritage Foundation will host the second of three evenings of “Movies on the Patio” this Friday, October 12 at the Villa Antigua Border Heritage Museum, 810 Zaragoza St. at 7:30 p.m. This week’s movie, “It’s Alive” (1974) is a B-horror movie fan’s treat. Talk about a dysfunctional family! According to the trailer, “There’s only one thing wrong with this baby…it’s alive!”
Start your week-end with a vintage feature film outdoors on the patio of the Border Heritage Museum. Admission is free and open to the public. Seating is provided. Audience members are invited to dress in costume and participate with sound effects.
An added feature will be the Hecho A Mano Pop-Up Store, limited table seating and movie snacks from the “Bordertown Bistro” and “No Te Castigues” Snacks.
Come enjoy a spooky movie evening under the stars in historic, downtown (haunted) Laredo. All proceeds benefit the programs and services of the Webb County Heritage Foundation.
In case of rain, the event will be cancelled.
